Wow

With a barrel of crude oil currently at 71 USD

That means Nigeria will be making a total of

$71 times 1,500,000

= $106,500,000 Daily

In Naira!

181 Billion Naira Daily.

Now the big question is, where will all these money go to?
Servicing of past debts

Increase of foreign reserve and

Infrastructure

Those are the major focus of the administration

But for me I want him to release the dollars so that inflation can come down

Okay. So they did not refine the crude oil at all, they are just selling it directly.

Go and ask for refunds from your economics teachers
CRUDE oil is raw unrefined black oil extracted from the ground.

No, you need a refund

Our quota was once 2.3m before the calamity called APC occurred

Now we're even struggling to do 1.5m by counting condensate

And Lokpobiri should stay off Heineken pls

Which magic will double production in a year? APC and the spirit of lies sha

Which year were you born
Even your god Buhari was crying that oil was produced at 2.3m before he took office

Read your egbon's screenshot here
Easy and stop talking ignorantly. The same challenges that affected oil production since 2013 persisted even on a larger scale prior to Buhari's tenure. Militants were hitting the pipelines badly due to tense political situation during the 2015 election. Osinbanjo had to visit Niger-Delta when he was Acting President to calm down their nerves. You forget easily.

Around 2010, we were producing around 2.6m barrel. Which dropped to 2.1 around 2011-2013.

Isn't that struggling ? Just December 2024 we were around 1.7m

You might still need to ask your English teachers for refund oo.

If crude oil is unrefined, how then did we get petroleum, kerosene e t.c from it without refining?

The 1.5 is minus Condensate. OPEC doesn't count Condensate. But you are right. The APC is a disgrace. The Buhari and Tinubu government have been a total failure in the energy sector. In 2022, Nigeria's export was 900,000.
