My advice, stop trading futures and if you are too trade futures the only thing worth trading is btc , it has a clearer structure and chart is easy to read compared to other altcoins , but you can buy other coins on spot and leave them for 5-6 months, you are even early as we are gradually entering crypto bull run find some coin with better utility and hold them for 6 months. Coins like

Sol
Comp
Not
Arb
Fil
Qnt
Doge
Xrp
Floki
Luna
Woo etc
