HER action and misconduct directly affect the school image cos she is a registered student.

She commited the act within the school premises, both lecturer and student are binded by school laws and answerable to the school

The school teacher than flogged the little boy that went viral january, did the school not sack her before handing her over to the police

The gurl has a case to answer with the school mgt, and even though she is culpable for assault, harassment and breach of public peace it is entirely up to the lecturer to push for litigation or he forgive n forget

I have seen it too. She complained, she did not insult him. The way he told her excuse was not polite as well.

So he heard something and went back. He has no right though to ask her to give him her phone or ask her to delete anything in her phone.

If u looked at the video then you won't argue blindly trust me you didn't and if u did u are not being truthful by the way he walked pass and Incase u don't know if my picture or image is on any content with no approval it is liable to be sued in court so delete the video with my image on it without my consent is wrong? When you are outside taking photos of yourself and people appear in the background, how many of them have walked up to you and ask you to delete it because you did not take consent or how many have you asked for consent before you snap?

Go and educate yourself. Ask yourself why do they have surveillance camera in public. When Toh step out of your house, you lose your right to privacy. In hotels, in banks etc. Where you have privacy in those places is if you are allowed to be naked in those spaces. Outside you are not allowed to be naked. In banks you can be naked in the toilets so no cameras are in there, in a hotel you can be naked in your room so no cameras. In the corridors or hotel lounge you are not allowed to be naked so you will see cameras.

She did not make him participate in her video, he wasn't an unconscious actor in her video so he has no right to tell her to delete it. The best he could ask for and that's if she wanted was for him to blur out his face.

First of all under the code rights privacy in areas exposing ur nudity is not approved, secondly anybody can sue if their pics is showing on ur content and don't want it there and as for paparazzi it is for fame and they usually don't want to go after them
