Celepope:Here is another option in addition to the suggestions you have gotten here, you can still go ahead and place the pipes outside then tell your welder to fabricate a fancy laser cut cover It will be fabricated like a square with 3 faces instead of 4 (the open end will fixed to the wall, while the closed end will have the attached fancy laser cut design Since your building doesn’t have cantilever It will also improve the facade of your building, another advantage is easy access and maintainance Good luck 3 Likes

For a quality foundation like your engineer recommended, you need to look out for the following big budget items: You will need about: 2000 blocks @ 560 = 1,120,000 300 bags of cement @ 10,000 = 3,000,000. This includes blinding and German floor (DPC). Backfilling/sand filling of foundation = 2,000,000. If you are using sharp sand and close to source depending on price in your location Iron rod: This is difficult as it depends on the structural design of the building and not necessarily the size. |

Celepope:It’s most likely gypsum drywall board that was used. It’s better than POP because it’s well hung and there’s high level of neatness and precious their, if your installer is experienced and has the right tools. It may be a bit expensive than normal POP. You can use dry hardwood, instead of those steel/metal, for those anchors. One downside of it is that: it is flammable. A fiber cement board would be better for such job but using fiber cement board will increase your cost. |
