Since FG acted on Binance dollar manipulating in Nigeria, Naira has been gaining strength.

Is it only Nigeria Binance was banned or have issue with the government country?

Why should we be using crypto rate as dollar rate in Nigeria?

Annoyingly, those who have no idea about the extent of Binance manipulation would come on this thread to defend him. Annoyingly

Modified: It's important for Nigerians to have a clue about the basis of Binance trouble in Nigeria.

So Binance and some crooks in Nigeria, colluded together to be placing fake orders on Binance which will required dollars settlement. The crooks would use the receipt of the placed orders to exchange naira to dollar at a very discounted price as the amount is huge.

Eventually, the orders are not existing, the demanded dollars are meant to be laundered outside Nigeria most especially other African countries and sell at high price.

It got to the extent that there was too much demand on dollar which made the suspicion.

Now , how many years have Binance been manipulating naira-dollar rate in Nigeria? That some people said Binance left a year ago while the dollar is still around N1500. So you expect years of manipulating to be vanished within a year?
Dude Naira is still very weak. Banning binance is of little consequence. What are we exporting? Blame your govt.

You are super ignorant, if just one company can manipulate the naira then you admit the naira is indeed so worthless that it can be manipulate by a company...una no just get sense walahi.

Where has it been recorded in history that a company can manipulate a National currency? Is this high level illiteracy or blatant daftness?

Everyone, even the Government knew that Binance or any of the other crypto exchange platforms were never a factor to the fall of the Naira after its devaluation.

Zombie.

Did crypto rate also influence Customs to peg clearing rates at black market rates.

The 2025 budget that the FG pegged dollar at 1500, was that also influenced by crypto?
Normally, Helinues na dunce.
Like he said dollar has been gaining strength. Dollar was sold during PDP regime, it was sold for 190 naira, but e reach APC turn at 1500, one of their bot is saying it's gaining strength

This is nonsense, and you know it.
I can agree that crooks in Nigeria ( and there are millions of them) were using Binance for currency arbitrage. They saw opportunities for quick profit and they used it to their advantage. Looking for loopholes in the system and taking advantage is what every Nigerian does, from top to bottom.
However, claiming that Binance itself was complicit is absurd. Binance is crypto currency platform where crypto currencies are bought and sold.
Nigerian bankers and firms have been know in the past , even sanctioned for manipulating stocks for their benefits. Has the Nigerian stock exchange been banned or closed for the actions of rogue players?

I believe everything, every single thing that this man is saying simply because we all know that Nigeria and Nigerian politicians, and the Nigerian judiciary are thoroughly corrupt.

How long do you think the effects of Binance manipulation would take to be normal? How many years did you think Binance manipulation take before they are being sacked in Nigeria?

If there is scarcity of dollar, all sectors both private and public will increase their rate of dollar exchanging

If FG pegged dollar at N1500 for the 2025 budget, how much was the same dollar around October, November?
I don't know why people believe that there is an award for hating their country. Meanwhile they don't have any other choice. FYI government didn't peg the exchange rate for 2025 budget as there is no more fixed rate. The rate that you quoted is the target rate just as we have same for inflation, oil production etc.

They just needed scapegoats for their failure
