The Apostles were Israelites and belonged to Jesus Christ of Israel. You folks are not Israelites and so can't do what the apostles were able to through Jesus Christ.

By the way, Christianity has never recorded miracles in the way the apostles were able to as what Christians celebrate as miracles are of the same trend observed in the life of those who belong to other religions including those who hold no religious beliefs nor cling to any deity.

Supernatural gift of healing ended in the first century when the last apostle died.
That gift was for Israelites only never to be transferred to any other people!

There is a purpose God empowered the first century Jewish disciples of Christ to perform miracles it's the signs Jewish society need to know that the Christ has accomplished his mission {Act 2:39 compare to Joel 2:28} so even though they didn't recognize him when he walked in their midst those signs will remind them what God promised them that a New Covenant has been sealed! Jeremiah 31:31-34 that's what you need to know but the so called miracles that is been paraded today is purposeless.
Secondly when Jesus' disciples were performing miracles back then they never monetize it {Matthew 10:8} they were ordinary men in the society not celebrities! Act 4:13
Those claiming they perform miracles in our time are seeking followers that's why they are contradicting themselves in teachings so that if you are not caught by the teaching of Pastor A Bishop B or Prophet C will be your choice but in the first century the Christians teach the same thing there was no contradictions {1Corinthans 1:10} because that's what Jesus prayed for! John 17:17

That is because, firstly, The Power of God cannot be carried Part-Time.

Only Full-Time Christians can be reliably anointed.

Secondly, the Afflicted has to have Faith, too- and this can be costly.

I know from my little experience with the handicapped, that they would rather stay Blind or Crippled than change their own Beliefs, and Mode-of-Life.

Thirdly, just because the case of the the Afflicted is dire, that does not move God to prioritize their Healings. They must Repent of their Sins, and Believe The Gospel, too.

Fourthly, people who want Healing for themselves, usually never want it for anyone else. They don't get up at 4AM or 5AM or even 6 or 7AM to pray for other people suffering as they have. If they don't get Healed first, they're not going to believe in Healing!

Even if they get Healed, they don't generally care about extending this Blessing to other people.

Fifthly, People suffering from Handicaps and Sicknesses are people too. With the baggages of people, which have to be resolves. Muslims have come to Christian Crusades to be Healed- then gone back to their Mosques- who never did anything for them before- and give their thanks to Allah- and lost their Healing. Then they say that the Christian must be fake!

Yeah those are arranged miracles. HIV/AIDS cleansed for where? Blindness healed for where? Lame walk for where? All those tricks are lame now.
