May God reward you and your brethren abundantly and protect you from all life’s harm(bad luck, bad belle, evil eye and anything sinister)
Oga, you need to take a break. If your uncle took your father's land, there is a traditional justice system in your village. Go to them, and in the course of the deliberation, somehow make a pronouncement to subtly place a curse on anyone who takes bribe or pervert justice in the case. Whatever they resolve, take it, let God fight your battle.

Another thing you could do is go to Legal Aids Council, you should get legal services for free there, manage it.

From your story, Berekete has done you no wrong. They are simply following their procedure. Did you point out one particular case that completed registration after yours and yet was treated before yours? Stop demonizing every other person while presenting yourself as clean.

You are lucky to receive 20k monthly from the government, so leave people who are struggling to see food. Don't scam people.

If I'll advise you from my other side, leave whatever they took from you and focus on your future. If you work hard, those people will still come to you for favour in future. If you insist on fighting, then also prepare for anything from them, physically and spiritually.

On another note, you did not even tell us the details of this 'inheritance' and 'absconding'. Are you sure you even have any legal claim on the 'inheritance'?

Your story is quite touching however, I will advise you tie your drive for funds to an important item like legal fees. Keeping it open ended may deter prospective donors. I will also advise that you seek the services of NGOs that run pro bono services. Withdrawing from the courts because of lack of funds will only strengthen your uncles grasp on your inheritance.

The first time we went to brekete family while waiting for them to start their morning service legit someone told me that if my case doesn’t involve high profile individuals I might not be able to get their assistance.
Also among their staff someone named hadiza had read our letter of complaint and she called kelechi’s attention to it and he said our case is big and that he’ll make an appointment with Ahmad Isah for us and that is how the matter went cold till today

The bolded doesn't sound ok. Such matter is a free service. You had already presented it like they 'scammed' you N2000.
I think you should be patient and follow up on them if you want the matter handled there. What I see in your actions is that you want a place where your matter will be handled urgently, but life na turn by turn. If you want urgent karma, you know where to go, but be ready to bear the consequences as well.

Yes you’re right I might need urgent intervention due to the financial jeopardy I’m in. Also thanks for your input.
