This is why they call Yorubas double faced backstabbers. They will call you friend but at your back they are plotting to harm you. But how this Lagos looting machine think El Rufai is a fool amazes me. This is the difference between an Igbo man and a Yoruba man. An Igbo man will never pretend to like you just to deceive you to help him, once an Igbo doesn't like you, he tells you to your face without fear. But a Yoruba man will hate you and still be pretending to love you in your front just to get favour from you. Na wa oh |

Bobloco:How old will you be in 2025? Obviously a 16yrs old boy with Redmi phone Politicians are very cunning even El rufia stretch hands of friendship to shehu sani before the election only to blocked him from getting return ticket to red chamber, before sani could cross to PDP it was late Politics is strategic, with Sani uba getting control of APC in Kaduna El rufia can't stop Tinubu re-election, Tinubu is a very smart and strategic politicians that even show love to his enemies before giving them the political blow |

See as Tinubu dey patronize El-Rufai. So, it's no longer: "Tinubu is a master strategist", "Tinubu made Buhari President", Tinubu is a king maker", "Tinubu's political wizardry made him president", etc. Now that his relationship with El-Rufai has gone south, he now remembers someone contributed to his success. I know H.E Mallam Nasir El-Rufai cannot fall for this birthday message crap. |

Even as a Yoruba man and APC member myself, I'm ashamed of Tinubu's treatment of El Rufai. It is not good way to treat human being. Look at the ediot Bwala who called Tinubu different names and even worked against his ambition now eating/"working" with Tinubu! El Rufai didn't just contributed to your winning but he was the chief architect of your success story |
| Re: "You contributed to my victory": Tinubu celebrates Nasir El-Rufai at 65 by maasoap(m): 8:38pm On Feb 16, 2025 |
Bobloco:Really? If that's the case, is that how to treat someone you hold in high esteem and the one you don't want to lose to opposition? Why will El Rufai want to work for Tinubu again? I mean, what's the incentive? |

yoruboid:Not humane about the way he treated El Rufai, nothing presidential about him. After reading his comment, El Rufai is supposed to send battalion of curses to him |

Bobloco:You obviously don't understand politics. The president can even wish his worst enemy the best felicitations. It doesn't mean he holds that person in high esteem. It's just part of the game of keeping your friends close but your enemies closer. Understand the 48 laws of power. |

Only Tinubu's minions that doesn't know the impact of El-Rufai in the emergence of Tinubu to the presidency. The man El-Rufai did all he could to ensure Tinubu wasn't boxed to the corner by the APC leadership, if he has allowed that, Tinubu would not have won the APC presidential primary, they would have gone for consensus and that would have buried Tinubu's career. Same way he led the northern Islamic clerics to ensure northern Muslims favours the muslimmuslim ticket. He also ensured that the policies of Buhari that should have worked against Tinubu was killed through the supreme court. He also went as far as Chatham House to answer question for Tinubu and helped packaged him as the best thing for the country while his minions that contributed nothing are seeing maligning and ridiculing him at the slightest opportunity. What a wonder of the world. This just tells us, always know who you will do good for, as you may later regret doing the good. I never knew Tinubu could allowed his minions to ridicule El-Rufai but I don't pity El-Rufai because he played ostrich and double standard and tilted more to religion than principled standard. If I was told he would not support his friend Rotimi Amaechi, I would have said, not possible but in my very own eyes, he betrayed his old friend on the altar of religion attachment. I am sure he is regretting today. The same man that stood by him when he was having problems with Yar'Adua and Jonathan. He even drove him to DSS office in one instances. I was even telling people that time that El-Rufai would surely support Rotimi Amaechi than supporting any one but he disappointed my curiosity. El-Rufai, the same man that never liked Tinubu from day one. Even with them in the same party he has been disliking his kind of politics but because of claimed of promise of Tinubu making him vice, he fell for it and later he fell for the muslimmuslim ticket. Today a sound of regret is abiding with him. |

. For your information, President Tinubu is not Pitobi or Funke Akindele that thought online followership (where anonymous like you can operate 1000 accounts on just 1 platform, like X, Facebook, or Nairaland) Asiwaju believes in real issues, he won't dwell on religion or tribal. When the time comes, you will see millions of Northern Nigerians campaign for his 2nd term. So, we won't drag online Presidency with Pitobi..
