I failed to see any insult as people do ask for tips from time to time when anyone posts a winning ticket. In fact, it got bad that when you congratulate a winner, some see it as though you want to beg not knowing some take joy seeing a punter that "tiff" meat from Alabi pot especially when the weekend dey bloody.
