To lose means to not get your 25%. Most of your don't know how to play to win.
This is the part this "interesting" fellas miss EVERYTIME!

Like football pick maximum points in key matches and you can afford to let the rest struggle for what's left and still WIN!

@Givedemwotowoto you can keep comparing apples and oranges all you like but you see this alignments happening left right and centre, hmm..securing 25% for the APC where they need to won't require them breaking any sweat!

Most of you in your ignorance think getting 100% like Obi did in the SE with marginal numbers is all that's needed abi! We laugh!!

PDP,NNPP and LP didn’t participate in the polls though; maybe that’s why APC had a clean sweep across all the LGAs but that shouldn’t fool the ruling party into believing a similar feat will be replicated in the same state at the next general elections.

People don’t have a big problem with APC at the state and LG levels but you see that presidential election? It’s a big no no for Bulaba and his Agbadorians.

If you disagree, then why did Sanwo Olu win his governorship election bid while Bulaba lost in the same state even after much violence and intimidation?
u Igbos are too inconsequential to stop anyone in Nigeria

givedemwotowoto:
Don’t worry 2027 is coming. Keep fooling yourself. Politics is about wins and losses but somehow you think Bulaba is some type of king/kingmaker outside his region that can’t lose reelection
hope it's not your agulu fraud u wan to put forward?

With the way people are already leaving the Igbo party for u fools, by 2026 we would have infiltrated that Igbo party that the problem they will b encountering would even allow them time to campaign

U Igbos couldn't stop tinubu when he was a nobody, what makes u feel u will stop him now that he already has d power

Erm, your Lagos comparison is a bit flawed. First of all, it has been a pattern that the outcome of presidential polls in Nigeria largely dictate the outcome of state governorship polls; had another party aside the APC been declared winner of the 2023 presidential polls, it would’ve gone a long way to alter the equations for the governorship in Lagos especially.

Also, you can’t rule out the “Yoruba ronu” sentiment that came into play during the Lagos governorship polls.

Overall, you see that Bulaba and Agbadorians you don’t want to see celebrate victory come 2027 (God spare our lives), it’ll take a huge miracle for the gang up against them to work!

But then, that’s just my own opinion!

Since my argument and not yours is flawed, why didn’t APC win governorship elections in Kano, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Delta, Rivers, Oyo, Plateau, Taraba, Zamfara, since they won the presidential election?

We are taking it all.

This is exactly how the PDP were boasting before their down fall.

Tinubu is going to be the last president of APC.

“A bit” was the keyword and I didn’t mean to disparage your opinion or elevate mine above yours!

Meanwhile, also note that my position was based on voting patterns from 1999 which shows that most states governorship elections’ outcomes often go the way of the party that was declared winner of the presidential polls; for instance, for the 10 states you listed that didn’t go the way of the ruling party, almost 2x the number of those states went the way of the party that was declared winner in 2023 e.g Lagos, Ogun, Ebonyi, Kaduna, Katsina, Kebbi, Yobe, Gombe, Jigawa, Niger, Kwara, Nasarawa, Benue, Cross River, Sokoto, and Borno.

And for the off-cycle governorship polls, the voters went the way of the ruling party (Ondo, Kogi, Imo and Edo).

I will like to give you answers question. You see the past presidential election, many of us that are Yoruba Christians actually voted obi because of the Muslim Muslim tickets thinking that Tinubu would be bias against the Christians. Also, we bought into the lies of his failing health so we were scared to hand over the country indirectly to a bokoharam- apologist. Again, we never thought obidents agenda was an igbo one, but everything came clear after the election. The most painful one is the fact that the obedient movement was a tribal agenda and we innocenttly followed suit. That was why a cosmopolitant city like Lagos and Abuja will vote against Tinubu but sanwoolu who was judged to be doing well had their votes.
I will be surprised if obi gets more than half of the votes he got in the last election ever again. It is not his fault, but that of the toxic obidents who couldn't build a movement without a tribe undertone to seize power. The best best for him is to pick up a VP slot with an heavyweight northerner, that is the only thing that can get him close to the aso rock. And even after that he would still become the president because the north does not trust the igbos a bit and will come back to form alliance with the southwest back.

I have a question for you. Did you vote for Peter Obi in 2023? Answer honestly
