On the alternative, why don't you or government employ them, wy not take them to shell or chevron to give them employment?
We Nigerian sha are the greatest hypocrites, we cannot do better but yet critizes those willing to. If from a crowd of job seekers, you see those that put in effort to make first class, will you ignore them and employ the 3rd class? Will that not be more discriminatory? If you employ the 3class same Nigerians will yab you for dumping first class to the unemployment market.
Everything in life is a stage, they will hold body with this job untill better things come.
