The agreement mandates the Nigerian Navy to provide a vessel for AU peace operations on a cost-recovery basis Father Christmas |

phemmyfour:Who determines cost recovery? Did you see a mechanism being imposed on Nigeria? Here is a simple mechanism "The cost recovery method of accounting stipulates that you don't record profits until you've recovered all costs associated. Instead, you'll post payments as deferred gross profit until you reach a break- even point." The you in this method is the seller or provider of service. No Father Christmas here. |

Emtol01:nothing like hate here everyone reserve a right to their opinion, even when this move is laudable some people will have their reservation. the only issue I have with is Nigeria should stop playing the big brother role in the West Africa region and Africa at large while her citizens suffer. |

What is Nigeria getting in return? We shouldn't be helping ungrateful African countries with our resources, without getting anything substantial in return. |

Thewrath:Do you even know if they are paying Nigeria for it? You can't dictate terms when you are not paying for a service. |
