The moment a case is in front of a judge , you must appear or your opponent must be begged to withdraw the case otherwise it will go for mentions in your absence and a bench warrant will be declared on you.

The matter is in court not social media, any grievances he has he should tender it in the law court and Marshal his defense, is that too difficult for you to understand? This isn't about social media, the government agencies are on it, he should come out and defend himself in court.
