So guys we all know about the whole "customers are always right" slogan used in the business market, I recently found out after following a phone brand that they always put their customers first and it is the realme phones. I went through their page and saw how they attend to their customers, and they even had a short video review done from their customers all over the globe and that was actually beautiful to watch 😍..

I haven't gotten a phone yet from them but hoping I will because one thing I value in whatever market I step into is their products and customer care services provided. If you have purchased any other the realme products please do share your experience here so we can all rate how good they are.

One of the basic role of a brand is to satisfy their consumers and realme is doing that perfectly.

I have watched reviews from their customers all over the world and I can say its beautiful.

This is a great move to see customers getting their complaint attended to on time by realme, they are doing well

For the fact realme recognise and appreciate their customers is what I love most

It is something worthy of emulation

I love how they put their customers first and how they get to attend to all their reviews worldwide.

And seeing those reviews from their users so far, there is no lies in their products.

At first when they came to Nigeria, I thought it was a new brand coming up newly and trying to set up the market for Nigerian users, but when I made more research, I found out, they were also in many other countries making waves.

It's nice to have realme in Nigeria, we get to use their amazing products at first hand.

I think their customer service is great, from all the reviews I've seen.
