I swear. Very demonic entity. God forbid.

TruthHurts1:
APC is really the worst thing to ever happen to Nigeria.

The rapid devaluation of the Naira started in 2015 when the utterly incompetent, gworo chewing Fulani Herdman from Daura began ruining the country while Tulumbu stood by and hailed him as a genius.

Binance was not even in existence in 2015, but the Agbado tout wants to hang his blunders on them and make them a scape goat.

Maybe Nigerians will finally learn their lesson after 4 years of this MU-MU ticket inspired incompetence.

Binance a company with no particular physical headquarters... A legitimate company having to do with money and it's similar factors ought to have a physical headquarters if it was legitimate.

Prior to the arrest of binance officials, they were pushing the narrative that binance was owned by a Chinese guy.
Its funny, it's owned by one Tigran Gambaryan, a US citizen.
Do you even understand how crypto works? Lmaooo

Speak about topics you know about. Sometimes, see stuff and move on. Binance is/was owned by Cz and yes, he stepped down as part of his agreement with the US.

And while they don't currently have a HQ, they've functioned from several countries in the past. Your Goverment and you know absolutely nothing about how crypto works. Anywhere belle face, they will run. Just sit this one out. You can resume when they are sharing you guys stipends. Goggling stuff and trying to actually learn will do you a lot of good.

Lol....when are they going to include test of IQ and sanity checks before people can have access to internet via telco data or even before they are allowed to register their sim cards.

If that was done, not sure how the poster below would have escaped it. He would have failed woefully and not have been able to dirty our brians with the stupidity below.

I refuse to believe the poster below is normal. NO!!!

Tell them to open a physical headquarters and also function in the same United States that has stood as their alabi
The same US does not allow binance to operate in its own country and economy

RealityKings1:
Did you read the news at all? Tax evasion, money laundering are serious offences that even the United States doesn't take lightly
Did you also read the news? How can you pay tax on a service that was offered for free. Yes! Binance P2P was free. You could buy or sell your crypto there and there was no transaction fee on the P2P. The money laundering charges is even more silly. P2P means Peer to Peer, meaning that Obi has 1 million naira and advertises that he wants to buy bitcoin at 600 naira per dollar, Kayode has $100 bitcoin and sells to Obi, Obi takes the $100 bitcoin and set his sell price at 650 naira per dollar, Hassan then contacts Obi and buys the bitcoin at 650 naira. Thats how Peer to Peer works. So the question is how is money laundered here? Remember that everyone mentioned here has a naira account, else they can't buy or receive money. So in reality the money stays in Nigeria and just circulates between Obi's bank, Kayode's bank, Hassan's bank. Their case is laughable

Thats not true. The US has a special arrangement with binance, they made binance opens a different trading site for Americans which is www.binance.us which is separate from the www.binance.com. That is how sensible people operate instead of kidnapping a binance employee. Binance is ready to work with any country in a legal way, assuming the Nigerian government had requested the same deal the US had, Binance would have done it easily, they would have created www.binance.ng which would have redirected all Nigerian customers to use that site.

If they are ready to work in a legal way, how come they are evading tax and into money laundry and financing terrorism?

They don't have any physical headquarters yet they authorised transactions above millions.
They could run away with huge funds without trace.
Similar thing was done to wreck Fiji economy a while back.
