Life is so cheap in this country. A quick CPR and paramedic assitance cold have saved this life. I once witnessed a vehcile accident unfold and we all rushed to the scene. A trailer had hit a boy off a motorcycle. The eople around just laid him on the bare asphalt and looked on for minutes until he started gasping for breath. They all watched him go still before calling a keke to carry his body. We still have a long way to go |
