I was almost a victim as well.

I was walking hurriedly and I slipped, I directed my head towards my bed when I was falling because it happened in my bedroom and I live alone. So it was my body that made impact with the floor if not. Omg the fear wey comot from my body that day eh! Na so person go just kpai for nothing.


Two landladies in my environment died as a result of smooth ties in the bathroom. Both slipped and fell in their newly renovated houses.

I fear smooth ties pass snake.

Sorry to have quoted you but I can bet you that this is not a case of slippery.

For a whole and healthy person to suddenly collapse in the bathroom, sustain injuries afterwards. It ain't ordinary, if you slip you sustain injuries but that can't claim your life.

My take on this is that a spirit has removed his soul from his heart and that was why he collapsed.

He was going to church, warned people to be careful with the God of the church.

The man was termed "Healthy" from the write up which means his vital signs are okay - temperature, blood pressure and pulse rate.

The doctors in turn said he must have died from slippery(they just trying to find coherence) probably because they saw nothing from his health report.

True, But the man does not have HBP or hypotension. So what was the cause. ?

HBP is a disease on its own, hypertensive heart disease(HHD). Some people can worry and think all day, yet they won't have HBP.

And no matter how hard you hit your head on an object, the worst is that you faint or pass out for few minutes as long as nothing punches your skull into your brain.

I love going outside to bath sometimes because of fear about the bathroom.

Yesterday, my leg nearly caught halfway with the bath tube while coming down after finish bathing. I could have fallen flat with major injury!

Did you read the write up at all ? Go and read the write up again. The unsure doctors said "slippery" just to create coherence.

That’s where casement window comes in but quite expensive when compare to sliding window

Nigerian toilet design is another easy suicide. Diff non grip tiles,still be wearing bathroom slippers on non grip tiles. Why won't u die.
Naso Murphy Lee sef die that year,your bathroom should have a rack on the wall,to hold onto something. Bathroom come be like okada,no where to hold

Just get a rubber mat or at least have a rag or mop nearby..dont baff with bathroom slippers,i stead use rubber crocks slippers,dont wash your feet or srub under of your feet bending down ,the moment u land it,u loose balance.so many lessons to learn in the toilet. Ive also slipped abt 2years ago,and my head was racing for the wc,b4 i grabbed my golden boot tap head. All cos soap was underneath my feet.

I survived this over 10 years ago.

I slipped and hit my back and the back of my head on the bathroom wall and woke up about 30 mins later. The tiles on the bathroom wall cracked seriously due to the impact, it was HORRIBLE.

I have a deep cut on my once smooth legs caused by bathroom fall, two months ago. If not for the Grace of God, my enemy's head would have hit the edge of the entrance tiles.

Architects and builders should kindly advise the landlords and developers on safety materials suitable, especially for residential houses, to avert this current bathroom-fall trend, abeg.

Do you have a source or authority for this reason? I've come across something like pouring cold water on your head in the shower. But it was one of those dodgy, copy and paste articles

While at it, remember that the temp of normal shower water in Nigeria is over 30 degrees Celsius in this season.

You can actually search online... It's actually hot water that causes it...
