This amount does not include his own supervision fee in the plastering of the duplex of 5 bedrooms all en-suite, 1 big living room and 2 family area, an ante room, kitchen, and small gate house. He also charged me separately for parapet, windows and external doors dressing for about 650,000. The total size of the house is 345 square meters. Is this price reasonable? The location is Onitsha

Firstly
Determine the length, width and height of the raft work that you want to cast, then calculate it's cubic meter, then Determine the grade of concrete you want, like 20, 25 etc. That depends on the ratio of concrete to use, then you can bring it out.

I don’t know the size of your house but I paid 1.2m in labor just this December for same 5 bed duplex in same Onitsha with exception of gatehouse. And yes parapet was included in the 1.2m. Window dressing was charged at 10k per window and external doors for 20k each. Then i paid the engineer 300k supervision fee. Find those Togo guys that do plaster or hit me up.

I see a lot of houses in Niger Delta, d painting doesn't last long, because of weather ( rainfall especially). Before you know it, all these green green things will be all over d wall & painting of the buildings. Do you have any advice for someone who is looking to paint his building soon with regard to this?


Secondly, is there a special paint that can withstand the weather element over extended periods of years?
