Once the hostages are home, the world will see the full extent of what **’ve endured. This betrayal, this evil, will never be forgotten.

Are you aware Israel had left gaza long ago? They were even supplying them electricity and water, steadily. They weren't encroaching anymore. It was Palestinians their cohort allies who crossed the border over, to attack Israel who were holding a peaceful event. I don't know the version of news paperpapers you read and drew your info from.
