Here is a leguslator defecting without any issue. Many have also done so without quarrel. But why is the defection of Rivers legislators becoming contentious? Is it not the sane defection? Or does Fubara have more Powers than the other govs in other State's that he can unilaterally declare their seats vacant? Why can't other govs do same to or her defectors?
Please, anyone with understanding of the issue should help me. I am confused as to why one can and others can't.

No one can declare their seat vacant except the Federal High Court (Not state high court o).

It is that Judgement that INEC can act on.

On Rivers, The Federal High Court said the 27 are still members of PDP.

Why? Fubara did not bring their letters of resignation to the court as a proof that they have decamped.
He also could not provide a register or ID showing that they have registered with APC.
Court expressly told him TV show is not an enough evidence. They can only be a support to the main "documented" evidences.

Fubara and his gangs are just enjoying super stories in the air and on newspapers.

North will not vote for tinubu bla bla bla and yet evrryone from the north is defecting to APC even the aggrieved ones refuse to leave APC claiming their dead bodies will even reject PDP. So if some people still believe tinubu will not win 2027 who is deceiving who. OK I agree with the quote that says not all brains function properly
