It started from the Marlian generation. The public acknowledged bad behavior in a way never seen before. Not if your bank account is fattened. Blord knows who he offended. If I have a quarter of that money, I'll go there in my pajamas and tell them "I need this visa in the next 3 days or else I am moving to another country with my resources".
