Have you been to those countries before especially in recent time? Things are not the way they used to be particularly in this era of immigration crises.

Country like Canada is experiencing high unemployment, likewise US, Uk and many European countries with their immigration policies so it’s not advisable borrowing for that sake. Many people got into the problem before they eventually realized what they are into.

Every work is not hourly in US that I know about. I own a company and offer job to people that pays by the job as a need basis. For example, you can go to home depot and pick up people to help with project and pay them when they are done. To say people can't work beyond 20 hours a week is ignorant to say the least.

People have been denied post graduate visas in uk and Canada for working over the 20 hours their student visa allows. Na u dey bubble, in America everyone knows its easy to work under the table

Finland just opened their portals to Africans. They said they are in short of man power to drive their economy as there’s shortage of workers. Oh apply for Norway visitors visa and seek asylum and in less than 2 years you will be given work permit and other necessary documents. If you want to come to Uk then come as support worker or domiciliary care. They give 5 years working visa for that, you can drive and do a lot with that. But you have to pare with someone to make the fees lesser.

You didn't state your friend's academic qualification, major reason for relocation and skill expertise.

But with 7-10 million, if your friend is in STEM, US should be the first option via scholarship application through a well purposed statement of intent.

If your friend wants to leave as soon as possible: Brazil, Kenya.

If your friend is a content creator: Mexico, South Africa, Brazil.
