hello folks, I need you guy's input on this. I have 3× 550w Jinko panels with a 12v battery from Va.lto and a 2kv sunfield hybrid inverter, I don't exceed 510w from the PV even during peak sunshine. Most times to get 400w+ I'd have to off and on the inverter. It is always around 260w.
And the panels surface are clean. I was expecting at least 1000w input from the PV or is the connection faulty?

For sunny period I dey see 500w, what about rainy season, how man go survive?

I don't think the power is getting to the inverter. Notice the 0v that shows no voltage on the input. You might need to check on the input breaker to see if it has issues. Or contact installer to check why the inverter is not seeing input voltage.

Some installer don't read specification and that is the problem I have with them. please run all three panels in series. Also I hope he did not cut the MC4 connectors off.

What is the battery percentage when you get 510w/260w?
what is the charge voltage on your inverter ?
What is the capacity of your battery?

His reason: system voltage of 24v requires 2s.

What is your ac output voltage?

To troubleshoot further, you might want to:

Measure the voltage at the inverter terminals when attempting to start the freezer.

Check for any signs of wear or damage in your inverter and battery connections.

Test your freezer with another known good inverter, if available.

Q1. --- I notice it at any percentage between 40-90. But once I turn off the inverter and out it on, it goes to 500w+ from between 187w to 230w.

I'm not satisfied with my solar harvest. Have 24 panels - 8 panels in series x 3 strings. But I've observed my batteries don't get fully charged most days. The few times I've checked each strings hardly generates constant 2.2kw which is under 50% of combined string connection.
