The late David Ejoor said it that it was an Ibo coup The likes of same IBB led by Murtala staged a counter coup targeting Ibo officers for elimination in revenge for what they saw then as an Ibo coup . The only people left to tell their own version are TY Danjuma and Gowon which I am very sure they have already written down their own accounts with explicit instructions to have it posthumously published. 2 Likes |
