When did Abacha ever told you he would hand over to a civilian rule?.
If Abacha, a subordinate made a statement in your name without your approval, what was IBB supposed to do as his boss?. Your subordinate annulled a national exercise and you let it slide, is that what a boss supposed to do?. Judge yourself.
