Playing an AM that cannot shield ball is a recipe for defeats. Unlike the general consensus here that an AM cannot work in modern game,i am of a different opinion. It can work provided he can shield his ball and a press resistance. The kind of AM we have in Chelsea and in football at large is why people think it cannot work. If i have a peak iniesta,Deco,Hazard,Modric,santi Carzola,isco i will play them as AM and i will be getting results. For Chelsea let's go back to our basis. 4-4-2. We should stop trying to be sleek.
