Congratulations to osun people for electing their LGA chairmen you have done your part, leave the court litigation for us, APC cannot turn Nigeria to a one party system it will never happen, no amount of intimidation from IG and FG APC will stop osun PDP from doing the right which has been done , am not surprised tinubu APC is trying to impose themselves, gov adeleke will always defeat them anytime any day .

Was there an election ? No room for campaign whatsoever ...aside the AGF told the Governor to allow courts ruling to prevail but he went ahead to conduct election why ? He has abused the court process by his action and may face backlash .

The state governor has the power to appoint the state chairman of the state electoral commission!
He who appoints can also control...he who controls can also fire or replace the state chairman... according to the electoral laws guiding the LGA elections!
Same thing is applicable in other states....if the state governor is from a party,he can choose to vote in all his party LGA aspirants or vote in aspirants from other parties!

So since Tinubu is the one that appoint inec chairman, won't it make sense if he behaves like the governors?

Instead of complaining,you should be advocating for an alteration of all electoral laws which gives authority to the president and state governors to select and appoint national and state chairmen respectively!

My argument isn't flawed and you are simply complaining!
I didn't see you condemn the same thing was done in Ondo state where apc swept all the LGA sits!
I didn't see you anywhere proffer solutions or advocating for changes!
On the contrary,I have been one of those advocating for a change in the electoral laws as contained in the constitution!
Remove the authority of political office holders from appointing or selecting individuals for such sensitive positions like state and national chairman for the electoral commission!
Until that is done,you will still be here complaining!
