Nigeria population- 200M, GDP -$363.8 billion the total consumer spending in Nigeria in 2024 was $162.70 billion USA Population -340M, GDP -$27.72 trillion the total consumer spending in USA in 2024 was $16 trillion these are real data. now the lies they spread here in real estate, you see luxury properties worth $2m for sales, then after some week, these properties have been sold, How? in the US, it takes an average of 2-4 years to sell a luxury property, how come in Nigeria, it is 2 weeks? nothing adds up in Nigeria. a start up in nigeria will say they are making $5m a month in revenue in a country where majority of people earn less than $100 a month In the US, it takes years for a business to make $1m a month. it is not adding up. 1 Like |
