I agree with you, but events have overtaken the judgement, he should go back to court to get a judgment stopping this new set of chairmen, and not expecting to follow this long letter he has written.

Fagbemi should go to court. OSIEC is the only constitutionally empowered organ to organize, conduct and declare LG elections in Osun state. That they have done, if AGF is not happy, he should please approach the court and stop heating up the polity.

I don't really have much knowledge of the happenings in Osun but anything done to outsmart the evil APC party is welcomed

They have re-enlisted the appeal already, through the backdoor.
After Judgement has been delivered oooo
They went back to the same Appeal Court!

The Appeal Court has not even set a date whether they will hear it or not.
Again, this is a case they abandoned since 2/12/22, if you are a Court on a matter they left for 23 months, will you sit on that case again?

This is the exact reason they are running away from that APP case.

If you have two contradicting judgement from a court of coordinate jurisdiction, you go with the most recent judgement.
