They have re-enlisted the appeal already, through the backdoor.
After Judgement has been delivered oooo cheesy
They went back to the same Appeal Court!

The Appeal Court has not even set a date whether they will hear it or not.
Again, this is a case they abandoned since 2/12/22, if you are a Court on a matter they left for 23 months, will you sit on that case again?

This is the exact reason they are running away from that APP case.
Yet they keep entertaining their members

If you have two contradicting judgement from a court of coordinate jurisdiction, you go with the most recent judgement.
You take the two case to the Appeal.

The Appeal only touch PDP case while nothing concerns them with APP case.

No wonder they are playing to the gallery, How I wish the Appeal court fine them heavily

There is no contradicting judgement.
Both are Courts of co-ordinate jurisdiction.
The judgements and parties are different.
The reliefs sought for are different.

In APC v PDP, it was procedural error, the merits of the case was not touched. The reinstatement issue was also side-stepped.
There is no jurisdiction, meaning, the OS was struck out hence, it's like the case never existed, it was never filed.

However, the APP judgement, is a judgement in rem
The FHC had CONSEQUENTIAL ORDERS, sacking the Chairmen,
The penultimate Court also dismissed the Appeal.

Nothing anybody will say here will change the way you think about this issue but listen, these Yes/No LG Chairmen will not get a farthing.
They will be in their Secretariat and they will not work with anyone.
The AGF might approach the Court but he is already an interested Party.

Until the Court says otherwise, Osun LG workers are on a free ride working from home and alongside newly-elected Chairmen getting their salaries. So, who is losing?

It's not in your purview as AGF to make interpretation or give final verdict to the law . Please just respect yourself and keep quiet. This is what ex President IBB meant by Social Justice, how can you as AGF though a political position be supportive of someone that usurp political doctrine by organizing a Yes/No election disenfranchised millions of voters ... Tell me is this a preview of what we should expect from INEC and APC, then they can tell everyone to go to Court, while waiting to use technicality. Is that Democracy or Demonstration of Craze

@MOD
Tell your APC People to give you work in any Grade A agency.
Supreme Court ruled that all State Governors should conduct Election and Adeleke did that after removing the Sham(Yes/No) Oyetola did few weeks after he lost Elections.
APC should know that a one party system will not lead to success of this Country.
Accept, plan for the next Gubernatorial Election.
You can't conduct an election when some tenure is yet to end.

Election is for those using caretaker, not people duly elected.

I don't want to be responding to you for now because I know why you are doing this. It's neither on point of law nor love for the law but for personal reasons between you and the PDP which is also part of politics.

The AGF is not the law Court. To reiterate, when he mentions the APP suit, we will take him serious, until then he should continue issuing press releases.
We saw same thing in Kano & Rivers, it's not new. They want bloodshed and a State of Emergency but they won't get it.

By next week, he should pay FAAC as appropriately as possible. Fagbemi can approach the Court and the beautiful thing Is that he can only file any suit at the Federal High Court in Osun.
Well said.

This election is absolutely a waste of funds, time and resources. I wonder what exactly Gov Adeleke stands to gain from this illegality.
..why did the appeal court give an order and a clear clarity understanding order..that the sacked APC local government chairmen should be reinstated back and resume duties ..and the local government election on Saturday should not hold..at least this would not had bring problems and fight between APC and PDP in osun state

So, the APC minister for Justice and Attorney could warn Governor Adeleke for not allowing the APC Yes/No Chairmen into offices but could not issue any warning to the INEC select confused governor of Edo state? Useless politics.

No Tenure,Supreme Court already gave it's Running in 2024 categorically staying that Transition chairmanship is over and that LG should have a fixed 3 years tenure.

Then why did appeal court reinstate them?

Judiciary is the problem here and not anyone fault.

Let Adeleke appeal as they do and get justice
