Ex Osun State governor, Governor Oyetola conducted the local government election immediately he lost the election.

So PDP were angry about it, though what he does is legal. So when Gov. Adeleke came onboard, he sack the whole APC chairmen. The APC chairmen went to court and they won the case.

After winning, they're to return to their offices when the PDP thugs denied them of entering the local governments, it turn to a big fight and APC lost 7 members including a chairman.

This did not sound well to the AGF and told Gov. Adeleke that his illegally actions will not stand. Nigeria Police were ordered at various local government to give the duly APC chairmen security back up and only for the governor to conduct another kangaroo election on Saturday when the current ones still have till October before their tenure expires.

As it should be. The earlier Tinubu starts putting his feet on the ground and not allow Nigerian governors to view him to be weak, the better for him. Unless he doesn't want to return. I don't know who is advising him, but they better start getting serious.

Does the high court have the powers to sack elected LGA chairmen? Were they not duly elected? Won't the governor just let them complete their term which ends in a few months? The governor is simply digging himself into a hole. This will result in avoidable chaos and needless bloodbath.

high court notify the Local government election conducted by Oyetola, they Appeal and Appeal Court dismiss their Appeal. FG should not use their personal hatred for Adeleke to affect the OSUN State people.

Seyi makinde have settled them after the Supreme Court of justice vindicated them last year. Over billions of naira was disbursed to them after the victory. Apc still strong in Oyo State. Apc won all the senatorial seats, they also won 7 reps seats out of 9 seats. Apc is deeply rooted in Oyo state. Apc will win 2027 governorship election in Oyo State

Tenure already elapsed before the court judgement. The court asked oyo government to pay their salary and other benefits and Seyi begged them that it will be paid in instalments. They got full salary (billion of naira) of almost 3yrs without doing anything. The initial delay was argument that LCDA ain't covered with the judgement.

1 did high court nolify the LG election conducted by Oyetola or not?

2 did Appeal Court dismiss APC Appeal or not. So why is APC disturbing the peace of OSUN State people?
