Alright.... You see the problem I have with such people and their positions, when all is well with them, they don't seem to care about the ordinary person who teaches out to them for help. They feel they don't know you physically so they won't help you. They can only help who they know except camera dey there to snap who Dem wan help. But when it is their turn, they begin to ask for donations from the public. Why is that?
I remember how I reached out to a popular Nigerian Politician in 2015 to enable me pay my tuition fee, he blocked me instantly on WhatsApp and Facebook. I even contacted him younger brother to help me speak to this same Politician, but he still didn't help me. It was his his younger brother with no Political post or even a job that gave me 80% of my fee at the time. Look at all these Nollywood actors, they don't help. At their prime, they will be flaunting and oppressing people with their wealth on social media. But at old age, when sickness start, Dem go begin beg public for help.
Me too I need help. My children didn't sleep last night due to hunger. My wife is sick too. With 10-15k, I can buy a few items pending when I get my salary on the 5th of next month. I don't have anybody to help me or my kids.
I know people will ignore this plea for help, but am glad I've spoken out. After all, nobody owe me. E go better.

Yes bro. Your very correct. I was only an undergraduate at the time and was seeing myself through sch. I was young. Frustration was another factor that played in. I felt so bad, but as I grew older, I began to understand exactly what u just wrote.

When I was in school I felt same but as I grew older I also came to that understanding. Now the only message I try to get involved with is anything that has to do with tuition fee or hospital bills. Even at that I have a close trusted relation that will do some underground investigation. Once he confirms the authenticity of such claim. I will give what I can otherwise I will apologise for not having.

I also understand your position that him ignoring and blocking you wasn't the best option. He could have respectfully tell you that he couldn't afford it then.
