Different reports indicate that the region that has these Ukraine rare earth minerals are the regions annexed by Russia.
If this is correct, which mineral is US now asking Ukraine to sign to them for B500 dollars?

Does trump has a plan to seize back these territories from Putin cus he may need to do that to actually access the minerals.

I don't think your assertion is true. Trump is the one being played because ordinarily USA/EU could get access to the resources without cutting Putin a deal. Trump as usually cut in Russia into the deal to end the conflict.

Just look at how tiny the land mass and population of Israel is compared to Egypt, Iran etc yet Israel has not gained more land or drastically improved its population or break free from the encircle of the resistance. Cowards die several times before their own death. Granted that they are lazy and cowardly but they They can't run for ever. Zelensky is not the kind of leader they need. They should start by sacking him first.
