The reality is many private hospitals owners do not check or verify credentials or certificates ..
Some don't even want to sight them.
They employ doctors with words of mouth.
A lot of them don't go through standard employment processes.

I worked full time in at least 6 private hospitals in Nigeria before I joined govt and eventually relocated abroad.

Only 1 of them conducted interview and checked my licence.

The rest NEVER sighted any of my documents.

They are more interested in getting cheap labour
