Just like Buhari, Tinubu will anoint El Rufai with the presidency only if El Rufai succeeds in gaining opposition trust by working with the opposition to share their votes in 2027. So that’s why Tinubu chose not to make him minister because he has different political positions for both after 2027.

That is a valid point..also they are both from the same side of the country.

I also doubt it if El Rufai can be president, while he is a good and effective administrator, he is at the same time a very controversial and arrogant politician, so I can't see him rallyin the support needed.

Nuhu however is a very silent and well respected individual, he looks lIke the kind of Guy the political class will support come 2031.

Another person to consider is Shettima..but he looks rougher than Nuhu..

Nuhu maybe the next Shagari, a true gentleman , hopefully a better administrator

Sani was saying that that result invalidates most of Rufai's claim of being a kingmaker(election result not Naira design saga), but clowns from Kanu side keeping talking about Lagos,Abuja and Akwa-Ibom...Zero sense


With the rate at which El-Rufai is ranting, i feel he's playing out a script. Nonetheless, that result shows that even with Rufai, APC struggled in Kaduna, so they can do without him now
