Nigeria to me is summed up in one sentence. Never cry at a funeral, never laugh at a wedding. Don't be too okay around your close people. That includes, friends, parents, family members, wives, boyfriend, husband's etc. They are bad people's world-wide so it is not a Nigerian things, but being naive and foolish is a price you might pay with your life.
I run my personal life like an extensive warfare, with enough resources to crush my percieved enemies to dust. Rather I come for your funeral than the other way round.

Dis one even hard....

What about portable drinking water ?

Place like Benue and Kogi get River Benue and Niger...

But common water for man to drink for town...he no dey....
Even tho Nigeria isn't there yet but there were towns and cities in Nigeria with potable drinking pipe borne water in the 90,s and early 2000,s not sure if they are still functional at the moment

Nigeria is not hard many people are weak waiting on government to fix them up. The beautify of a non working government is that once you get going you going. No government eye go de your body. No tax..no nothing. I cant remember when i pay tax for my business. I dont know what it even mean in business term. I mean it.

We are in internet age were you can literally teach your self stuff if you paying attention to the right thing. If you parents did not have phones internet and you do in you era and you worried about electricity.. and sure if electricity is steady people will blame something else. Look to yourself. The country could be better yes. So could you. Its a sin to lay everything on feet of the country. You are a full conscious being.
Bro seems you doing great should I DM my details ?

Different scenarios don make me know say living in Nigeria when your family no get connection is difficult oooooooo. Make I gist una some stories. So I dey this group of tech guys for Facebook, na dem post say wetin be our yearly salary. Everybody just dey post different amount of money wey dem dey receive yearly in dollars. When I calculated my own money and I converted it to dollars, shame no fit make me post. The least developer in that group was earning $50K yearly. That was the first time wey I realize say Nigeria is not for me.
The other time na when I see the price of DNA test, I just weak. Government go scam people, religion go scam people, even non-virgins aka boreholes go still scam people and the government no wan subsidize DNA test. I prefer to buy fuel for 5000 without subsidy but make DNA test dey subsidized. Dear men who can't afford DNA test, make una just dey pray for me, I dey develop an app wey go help una. Laslas, we all go dey alright. The good news be say, the app go come with a feature wey go get "LAST SEEN ONLINE" of a kpekus.
What do I even know sef aside enlightening my fellow men nationwide with the good news
Bro abeg how I fit get earn as a data analyst... This one most tech thing now don turn connection

Even in advanced countries, citizens depend on government for leverages. From education, healthcare and heavily subsidised glossaries. That you are lucky to get going, doesn't means others are lazy.
There is no man tht succeed even in the west that thank the country for his success. So yes the west subsidize. But are the people satisfy. Ask americans they will tell you they live in the worst country. Ask some africans they are looking to come to nigeria. The average villagers believe if i can just come to lagos...the lagosian believe if i can just go abroad. Its in your mind. Think and learn to learn. So many things are happening in this internet age. All around you people are doing stuff..pick one and learn it properly. Thats all just one. If you can't learn one thing properly of a thousand options then you are the fault.

Any business Dangote delves into will pauperize Nigerians more. Sugar was affordable until Dangote stepped in, cement was affordable until Dangote stepped in, now fuel is no more affordable since Dangote refinery started operation.
It is better we answer a country with 24/7 power with a cost, than answer one with epileptic power

Then how will importers of generators and related survive? And the whole ecosystem built around epileptic power supply. How will all those make a living??
They can go and do something else.

If he fixes it do you know how much drop in sales his refinery will have? From commercial usage?
There will be no drop. He will just pay for his power and that's it

I hate the country, evil people with money can do anything and get away with it. Is a stupid country with no justice, where police can kill you and nothing will be done, where politicians steal money till there is nothing left, everyone worship money, no Sense of responsibility. Doomed country with no justice, They can call a judge from up qmd order him to do something. You can import drugs and hard drugs if you can settle up. You can also import guns if you know how to settle. Everything is possible with money.

Sometime around mid 2000, one of my uncle asked me for cash, while still discussing it, it was announced on the radio that the state government has cleared their outstanding debt and that no worker was being own salary. I looked at him and tears started running down this man's face, he said to me that it was a lie. That this has made it difficult for people to help him. Truly he showed me his salary account and truly he hasn't be paid. I felt so bad and I couldn't understand how the state could be so mean to her workers.

It was that day, that I lost hope in Nigeria and the next year I left the country for good. I only visit that place, if they fix it I will show back otherwise I have no intention of wasting my life there.
The country is doomed. No justice, where everything is up side down

The fact that you weren't there when the deal was made was what put you at a disadvantage plus you don't have so much to throw around, Nigeria failed me too when an incompetent hospital let my mum die while fleecing me of every penny, still charged me a hefty sum to discharge her corpse, brought her in the morning she died in the evening due to negligence, doctor hasn't come, doctor hasn't come, after I paid money here and there for different reasons I don't remember, nothing tangible was done they're only concerned about the money they stand to make without paying attention to the patient until this middle age woman died for nothing.
That's how the country is, injustice everywhere.

From the world go, Nigeria has always been a failed nation, you don't need anybody to tell you that....

Hustle hard so you can make it and get out of this country for your own good, in 20 years time Nigeria will be forgotten or won't be remembered as a country in the world map.... undecided

NIGERIANS.

By my estimation, Nigerians are the GREEDIEST and most dishonest people on earth.

We are also some of the most lawless on this planet too.

And the most bizarrehuh

Most don't even realize they're sick.
Just real life uncivilized, lawless demons. And thinking they're smarter than everyone in the room. When I was in my mama Belle is when I realized
