I’m talking based on the fact that according to Peter that brought Jude his elder brother to the public and even reported to efcc that Jude mismanaged psquare under square records and laundered money that belongs to the label using his personal company called north side, so the investigation is already concluded I suppose the reason the court invited him.

So he scammed his brothers not only Money Laundering, scam is also involved because without the ongoing investigation, this wouldn’t have surfaced, except if the trio’s knew that the business was to launder money using northside then someone became greedy and didn’t like the sharing formula anymore, then it’s justified to be money laundering, and Jude shouldn’t be the only one arrested
