Voting in anambra has largely ALWAYS been about the individual than the party.
However when a choice individual commits hara-kiri or goes kamikaze by joining a very unpopular choice, his chances become slimmer than even he will imagine.

Peter Obi does not "sort" anyone. That is his major political "mistake", and that is the major reason they all run from him. Folks are in politics to make money and will quickly jump off the boat if it seems like you are not greasing their palms regularly. I have known this right from his early days as a governor when someone working in his inner chambers complained bitterly about his "tight fist" while visiting the same hospital with me in Anambra. Even his security details seldom get open "give aways"..

So when you see someone like this inebriated urchin saying all these, try to tolerate him, or ignore him. He "suffered" greatly while working with a politician who does not believe in the "chop I chop" doctrine. He is just trying to get his fingers in that government vault as fast as he can. It is what it is. The sad reality for him is that he willl mot win the governorshop, and his political rigmarole will definitely alienate voters in Anambra state who still hold Obi in high esteeme. So basically, dude just committed political suicide.

It is very difficult to find politicians who are not corrupt in thuis country because those who are proudly enmeshed in wanton corruption are celebrated every day and night..

Useless empty talk apc have been in control in imo state for over 10yrs now what significant federal projects has the apc brought to imo for been with the ruling party?

How does Valentine Ozigbo expect to beat Soludo or any candidate presented by Labour Party, with the looming shadow of Peter Obi.

As the PDP candidate in 2021, he was defeated by Soludo, with Soludo scoring 112,000 and he scoring 53,000 votes. LP was not in the equation then and PDP still had some strength in the state. He cross carpeted to LP in 2022, seeing the support Obi was getting and the power of Obidient movement. Now that Ifeanyi Ubah is no longer it here, he feels that he can defeat Soludo.

If the mighty LP under the watchful eyes of Obi cannot claim Anambra from APGA, where is the hope of an unknown APC?

Anambra state 32 members of the state assembly, with APGA holding 18 seats. Labour Party holds 8 seats, while YPP holds 4 seats because of the Ifeanyi Ubah effect. If the almighty PDP, which was the reigning party at a time does not have a seat, APC has no seat, where is the hope of Mr. Val Ozigbo. Maybe he’s looking forward to a political appointment anyway.
