I had this female staff one time. Normally, one of my personal principles in life and business is never to sleep with or get too close to female subordinates.

But this incident happened that made me break that resolve one time. It was the first time and also the last.

This female staff tried seducing me on many different occasions to sleep with her. She would come to my office and try to kiss me, put my hands on her chest or take off her clothes. I always threw her out of the office. And made her understand I wasn't interested. On hindsight I should have sacked her because she might have tried to implicate me since I wasn't falling.

But I unfortunately tolerated her bad behavior not because I even had the intention of ever doing anything with her.

The other reason I didn't want anything to do with her was because she was sleeping with the manager.

Anyway this February 14th I and my girlfriend who had been having some issues finally broke up. I was so downcast at the time. I am not making up an excuse for my actions that followed... But this girl came to my office as usual, as if on cue. As if she had been observing everything going on and did her seductive act as usual.

This time I kissed her back but gave her my house address and told her to come later in the evening after work. (another of my personal principle is never to have sex in my office space)

This girl came over as agreed and the rest of it is history, right.

Now her actions after that episode changed dramatically. She would talk back at me... In presence of other staffs that used to respect me. She would try to give instructions to other staff that were her superior and many other attitudes.

One of my employees that couldn't look me in the eye previously out of respect he had for me called me one day and told me he was "disappointed in me".

He said literally in summary I "should control my bitch" not his exact words oh... But something like that.

I knew it was time to let her go so I paid her off and let her go.

But things had changed... The atmosphere has been messed up and corrupted. It took quite a while for things to get back as normal.

Anyway I brought that experience up to let you know and understand what women are capable of doing once you start getting too close to them as subordinates.

This experience reinforced my decision to have nothing personal to do with any female working under me.

I don't even smile with them. Smile and they start reading meanings and take you for granted!

I must agree that some behaviors of the Senate President are unbecoming and not expected of a senator. He has his shortcomings especially about how he talks, no doubt.

However, on the behavior of Natasha on the Senate on that day, I will not fault the Senate President and for Natasha to descend to this low of playing this blackmail and sexual approach or "toasting or hitting on me" card.

I am not going to excuse it, I am boldly speaking against such unruly and disruptive behavior

The day a man begins to stoop low to make sexual advancement to any lady, he loses his respect. It is why it is recommended that honourable men should separate official duties from pleasure. Don't ask your subordinates for sexual gratification and expect them to treat you with respect in official matters. If her allegations are true, Akpabio ought to relinquish his office for respectable men to occupy. You can imagine what harm such men would do to ordinary female staff working in the house if this kind of thing can happen between him and a fellow female senator. He is a sexual predator holding office with so much power, he is dangerous if the allegations are true.

There are bad people in both genders. Unfortunately there are more randy and loose men in public and government agencies than Randy men.

I can't say much about Joy Nuneih allegations against Apabio, I wasn't there and Joy needs to be able to prove her allegations.
