I told someone that Fubara and HIS House of assembly will have a date with EFCC if he doesn't win SECOND TERM. No. There was no affidavit. Fubara planted the propaganda
but failed to provide same affidavit in court!

Even if there was, an affidavit does not prove defection!
Why would they even swear an affidavit?
Who were they trying to impress with such?

People swear affidavit to gain an advantage or correct a mistake not just
for cruise.

To legally defect to a political party, each members would have to go to
their respective wards, get accepted by the chairmen and then gets registered
as new members and pay necessary fees.
After then is a defection legal.

Merely, dancing on video or attending a rally doesn't qualify as a legal defection.

When you look at the VAT figures coming out of Lagos you will be shocked
