No it does not work that way
If you have a judgement against you in the lower courts
and you appeal to a higher.the judgement of that lower court is paused /kept in the isolation chamber of wether it is true or not until the higher says so or not.therefore until that higher court gives its judgement.the judgement of that lower has got nothing on you

Maybe you do more research and see exceptions. What you're saying is I a case of a court sacking an elected member like govs where they get a stay of execution yo remain on their seats until it ends in SC. When there's no stay of execution by the higher court, the judgement of the lower court is implemented immediately pending when the SC is done.

Can you screenshot of the constitution where affidavit is one of the procedures in defection? If affidavit is everything, then one can also go and get an affidavit to exonerate of crime and it stands.

I already know that the supreme court is already in the pocket of Wike and Tinubu but any verdict that retains the sit of amaehule & his journey assembly members will surely validate my claim!

I think the judgement was bought, I am not sure though.

Try and read Nigeria constitution very well and not to reply on some analytics, the constitution will tell you more on how to defect to other party, Fubara is coming to be a gunners very soon

Ahhh, so all of a sudden Rivers state people voted for an unknown Fubara shey? The same way Rivers people also voted for Tinubu in a landslide over Peter Obi shey?

Stop pretending as if Rivers state election results were not written by one man. If the people had voted for him like you claim, he would have never been so beholden to Wike that he allowed Wike to choose his whole cabinet for him earlier.

History is full of people who started off as criminals and villains who later became heroes. Has Trump ever denied his past? If Fubara, a career thief wants to become a hero, you people should stop pretending and trying to rewrite his history and agree he never had the peopi mandate and was amade Governor without sweating.
