Of course he didn't break. That's why he took his own life. Valuing the life of his children and condemning the life of other people's children, that's despicable.

If he hadn't withheld information, then his wife won't be dead. Its that simple. That terrorist doesn't deserve an ounce of pity or mercy.

He has this industry on lock for years and years to come if he is serious....there isn't a more talented nor bankable actor than him, around that age bracket....

I honestly don't agree. There is right and wrong. The terrorist is wrong. Wrong in the sense that he wants to murder countless innocents because of whatever cause he believes he's fighting. These innocents aren't the cause of his woes, yet he wants to murder them and lay waste to their land for hundreds of years, while at the same time, protecting his own wife and kids. That's gross narrow mindedness to me.

Its not even far from the same with Vlad Dracula Tepes in Castlevania, who wants to annihilate humanity because a few very foolish priests murdered his beloved. He could have just made the priests who connive to murder his wife suffer, and leave humanity out of it, yet, he went on a spree.

So bro, the movie unsettles me. Never before have a movie unsettle me the way this one does.

Samuel Jackson was ready to hurt the man and his family while the others didn't want to, despite the threat of bombs.

"The Brutalist" (2024)

From the moment I first heard the title of this film, I had envisioned an entirely different premise. However, it turned out to be both an ode to the Brutalist architecture movement and an exploration of the struggles of its protagonist.

An epic period drama that only A24 could craft, it feels like a return to their earlier roots. Masterfully shot with an impeccable soundtrack, this is arthouse cinema at its peak.

The story follows a highly accomplished Hungarian-Jewish architect and Holocaust survivor who is forcibly separated from his wife. He arrives in New York to chase the "American Dream," only to realize that the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

A film of two halves, the first half might be the best hour-plus movie experience I’ve had in a long time. However, in the second half, the film leans heavily on artistic expression and ambiguity rather than a strong continuation of the initial plot.

Adrien Brody, as László Tóth, delivers the best male lead performance in a motion picture over the past year. The accent, the mannerisms the sheer immersion in the role, I had to check if László Tóth was a real person that Brody was mimicking. I’m sorry, but he is your Oscar Best Actor winner come Sunday 😩. Peerless performance!

A very niche film with a brutal runtime, makes it hard for me to even recommend to even the hardest core arthouse film aficionados, they might actually find it too artsy surprisingly....but for me, This is beauty, this is cinema and i have an uncanny feeling, i will be seeing it again 🙌🏿.

Yeah, Zendaya is definitely overbooked. I included Euphoria before but later removed it since I was strictly talking movies and no TV shows confirmation for the other actors.

With that her schedule I'm seriously doubting whether Euphoria will actually go into production this year cos the films all have lengthy shooting timeframe. Unless, she has minor roles in them I doubt Euphoria possible shooting for this year cos this ones all had earlier shooting and booking commitment before Euphoria.

Lol, I don't know what to fvvk I watched or what the filmmaker was going for..... obviously this didn't stick the landing. A24 dropped the ball on this.

No wonder it was overlooked in awards season after its Venice festival hype. It's just one of these artsy fartsy flick with some weird fet!sh and domin@tion sprinkled in.

Still, Nicole Kidman and Harris Dickinson did enough to keep you watching were it all leads despite it being unrealistic and very shallow.
