The Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly has condemned the action of the embattled former speaker, Mudashiru Obasa. Responding to a question asked by a reporter after the hearing of the suit filed by 29 lawmakers at the Ikeja court, she called the plenary seating presided by Obasa, a show of Shame.

Hmm,Tinubu should know that it is not every game you win ,he is disappointed that they didn't carry him along before obasa was impeached ,he is afraid of the unknown ,a good leader will call the parties together and appeal for peace not by sending other people to them ,my take on this is that ,it can lead to slow pace of governance in lagos state and wish most well meaning Nigerians don't want .

She will be foolish to back down at this point unless the 35 lawmakers make a U-turn.
If she backs down, she will lose speakership and also gets politically destroyed for being a rebel.
So, the only move left is to fight until a very likely victory.

The easy way to resolve the issue is for Obasa to withdraw his court
case and Meranda to resign for someone from Obasa zone to be elected
but Obasa insists that he must be reinstated as speaker.
Now, he has met his match.

Are you confused about which direction to go? Who are you waiting for to speak before you go in their direction and not your own direction? Last time I checked, Agbadorians were dissing Obasa till he pulled new Jackie Chan moves, suddenly the room is quiet.

The house members have spoken decisively on Obasa show of shame.

This is the madness and act of hooliganism we've been enduring in Lagos for dacades under Tinubu. The crop of leaders in the state is a proof the state has been grossly mismanaged for so long with bad leaders appointed by Tinubu into key political positions. Nothing lasts forever. I'm so happy about what I'm seeing. The outsiders can have a change of perception about Lagos as against the lies Tinubu told them.
