INEC has been very biased but this was to be expected in a grab it and run government and probably anticipated. This why u must keep recipts.

we all know when those law makers tendered their defection letters along the those tendering resignation letters in show of loyalty to wike. Their seats were to be declared vacant and replaced when the unconstitutional peace accord was done by tinubu.

This is why in Edo there is a show down.
You have evidence they tendered letter of resignation to PDP State Chairman through each of their Ward chairman?

Is Wike no longer in PDP?

Just a Nigerian who stands for fairness I have no agenda, only the truth
If its fairness, good but the Nigerian constitution only recognises equality not fairness. When you talk about truth, the truth you know is the one you read in the media. Try and get FACTS first instead of looking for truth that ARISE NEWS gave to you.

Ewedu skvll miners crying more than the bereaved, you begin to wonder what their business is with Rivers when they have a brown roof region begging to be developed grin
Very evil and useless people, talk about dividing the country they will cry blood, do you know why? they have no natural resources and offer nothing apart from Lagos port as former capital been in southern Nigeria, both Igbo and other tribes' troop there in mass for business opportunities, divide Nigeria and watch it collapse in few days, they don't want that to happen hence why Nigeria must work and they are willing to continue to be slaves to Fulanis, everybody is aware of their games, tax reform was for Lagos, they don't want to share the Lagos tax with other tribes but themselves, but it won't work otherwise Nigeria will divide, if your Tinubu got balls let him implement it .... useless cowards and backstabbers, Tinubu is a fuul grin grin

Wike is not in PDP but his faction organized South South Congress some days ago and they controlled over 50% of South South PDP.

If each of them tendered letter of resignation from PDP publicly through their Ward Chairmen the letters would be tendered in Court by the PDP State Chairman , Otherwise, Fubara would be fined for misleading the Court.

Please, paste the link where each of the members wrote letter to the State Chairman through their wards Chairmen. Defection of a representative is an individual task and not collective. I want to see the link to the letter.

2. The Application letter to join APC and the Application Form each of them filled. Please, I am waiting.

Are they the first to decamp from their party? The constitution makes its CLEAR that if you decamp due to INSTABILITY in your party, you can retain your seat.

Where is the copy of the letter of resignation and defection letter sent to PDP? Remember, they belonged to Wike's faction of the PDP, they are not in Atiku's faction. Wike's faction of the PDP have not received any letter and Rivers State APC have not received any application letter to join APC.
