Assuming Akpabio approached her as she said, they are both Adult, she could decline or accept case closeted. No law broken. Even her husband may be doing that to another woman.

Did Akpabio because of that begin to harass her? She will have to provide evidence that shows that Akpabio was treating her different from other senators.

Was she rude and unruly in her response? The video evidence, clearly suggests that.

Taking the senate president to court as a member of the senate is babyish and very unusual in any country.
