Even the countries that sanctioned Russia are not having the best of times. Their inflation statistics is worse than Russia despite them freezing Russia's funds.

Saying Russia (USSR) won WW2 against Hitler is like saying ww2 was a war between Russia and Germany alone. Which country dropped nuclear bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki that forced Japan to surrender?

Funny enough, If not for US support of USSR, they would have been defeated by Germany.

I watched the video of the intense and very disrespectful exchange between Trump, Vance and Zelensky and I felt very very bad for Zelensky and Ukraine. Trump literally told him to shut up and accept whatever deal they are offering him.

Again, I think it’s time for EU leaders to reassess their position in NATO and relationship with both America and Russia. With what America is doing to Ukraine, I really don’t think there is any benefit for Europe’s continued loyalty to America and NATO. It’s time to restart a friendly relationship with Russia and discard NATO. Ukraine is learning this is a very hard way.


EU and America pushed Ukraine into this war. Now, after over a million deaths and half of Ukraine destroyed, American is demanding for almost all of Ukraine’s natural resources in exchange for their continued support. So, what exactly is Ukraine getting from the war?

What’s the relevance of NATO if European countries are in good terms with Russia?

America created NATO and recruited European countries to be members with the promise of protecting them against Russia. America had since been doing everything possible to ensure there is no peace between EU and Russia including bombing the Nord Stream pipeline very recently.

Now that Trump is attacking everyone including EU, Canada, Mexico and Ukraine, it’s obvious NATO is nothing but a scaremongering joke that can’t protect anyone. EU leaders have been foolish all these years to think America will defend them anytime. It’s time to be pragmatic by forming a friendly all European alliance with Russia and discard NATO and America. Russia can even be admitted into EU. With that, there is no threat of war again.

What most of these shallow thinkers like the op don't know is that:

1. Trump is only after Ukraine's minerals. Ukraine's minerals will help the US develop AI chips and military equipment. That's what Trump is after.

2. Any cease fire deal agreed upon will likely be broken by Putin. Trump thinks he can control Putin as master negotiator . But Putin is more strong headed. He has broken all past agreements with Ukraine.

3. If you want to end a war, you don't use the biased approach Trump is using. You blame the aggressor, not try to cow the oppressed into submission. He is going to escalate things further. And Ukraine will have to bank solely on NATO for support.

Las lass it will be more beneficial for Ukraine to sign a peace deal directly with Putin than sign a deal with the USA. I believe he has lost that opportunity long time ago. Las las them no join NATO , Russia done collect some of their land and US one flex 50% of their rare earth minerals.
