This is a big fat lie. Typing the zeros into the computer will make you realise that this isn't possible. Unless it was deliberately done to check if the systems to detect fraud is working.

Wao! That's a scary lot of money.

They used to be the biggest financial institution in the world few years ago. Am not sure if they are still occupying that position.

I went to their branch at Oka Akran some years back to open an account, and they declined my application. I asked one of their employees, and he signaled something like salary range.

If you weren't earning like 800k per month or so, and they'll check your employers' profile too. Becoz I was not owing any bank.

I used to see them at Chevron offices, Exxon and P&G etc. Those guys are not desperate at all. Very selective and they basically deal accounts of multinationals.
You are right.
There was a time people were opening account there just to Buga. Then, having an account there suddenly turned to status symbol.
Before you could say jack Robinson, an instruction came from there HQ that many account should be closed asap. Early 2002, 2003.

Unbelievable. How do you mistakenly post 81 trillion dollars? Who even has 81 trillion dollars?

What's the total net worth of citibank? Perhaps, they mean another currency.
Citi Group has undisclosed wealth. That's why Google will tell you their net worth is $148 billion. They're are several companies and individuals that are a lot richer that the ones you will see in the top richest on Forbes, but Forbes doesn't count undisclosed wealth, that's why they don't appear there.

Another of such companies is Black Rock and Goldman Sachs, who's net worths are in the tens of trillions. But you won't know.

Bank operates in binary. You don't get the money in cash. That's why when you want to make huge withdrawal, they plead you do it gradually

I may not be surprised. That how I checked my TP wallet I saw about 567million+ USD. I was scared.
I stared at the money for 3 hours as if I was freezed when discovered myself I said let me go and copy the Matic address from BINANCE to check if it is reall money before I came back the money has disappeared.
