Russia has hailed President Donald Trump of the United States of America after his meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine in Washington on Friday.


Russia’s foreign ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova said Trump showed “restraint” by not hitting Zelensky during their shouting match in the White House.

“I think Zelensky’s biggest lie of all his lies was his assertion in the White House that the Kyiv regime in 2022 was alone, without support,” she wrote on Telegram.


“How Trump and Vance held back from hitting that scumbag is a miracle of restraint,” she said.

Also on the visit, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, who is now deputy head of Russia’s Security Council, described Zelensky as “insolent pig” who had received “a proper slap down in the Oval Office”.

Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, called the heated confrontation between Trump and Zelensky “historic”.

Dmitriev was one of Moscow’s negotiators in the Russian-American talks held on February 18 in Saudi Arabia — the first since Russia began its Ukraine offensive in 2022.

Zelenskyy met Trump in Washington on Friday to discuss issues surrounding the peace deal that would bring the war between Ukraine and Russia to an end.

Zelenskyy had on multiple occasions accused Trump of backing Russia and trying to do the biddings of President Vladimir Putin.

Recall that Trump had once described Zelenskyy as a dictator and did not evolve him in the peace talk meeting in Saudi Arabia earlier last month.

Ukrainian leader, Zelenskyy, has however, insisted that the war must not end on Russia’s terms and conditions.

People have been claiming that Trump is a COMPLETE idiot.

He talks about a peace deal. But the deal is basically giving Putin EVERYTHING he wants and allowing the US to PILLAGE the leftovers.

There is NOTHING for Ukraine in the deal.

The deal is just to allow Putin to hold on to Ukrainian territory without the fear of Ukraine fighting back.

Trump just wants Ukraine to stop fighting back.

Zelensky asked him what's in it for Ukraine?
Russia already VIOLATED a peace deal that was brokered in 2019.

Zelensky asked him what is the GUARANTEE that he wouldn't violate a new one?

The FELON couldn't provide an answer.

Putin ATTACKED Ukraine.
Now Putin, Trump, Vance and their lackeys BLAME Ukraine for it.

That's like INTENTIONALLY setting your house on fire and blaming the house for being flammable.

Europe, and the rest of the world, need to STOP dealing with the US or according them ANY respect in international discourses.

I don't get why their leaders still feel the need to visit Trump. He's a CRIMINAL who's president because Americans FAILED.

NEVER give him legitimacy.

Europe once colonised MOST of the known world. They need to rediscover that greatness.

They NEED to stop being timid in the way they deal with MALICIOUS people.

They need to be MORE proactive. They should start SANCTIONING the US. And REDUCING the influence that the US exerts on international bodies.

There is NO country or a coalition of countries that would go to war with Europe and emerge UNSCATHED.

If US and Russia wants war, Europe (and the rest of the world) should give it to them.

Trump is already threatening Zelensky (and the world, really) with World War 3.

There is ZERO reason to try placating them.
Placation NEVER works with bullies. Only RETALIATION.

you want to compare Israel with Ukraine? Can any country annex any part of Israel? Currently Russia has annexed some territories of Ukraine even with the help of West, imagine without their help? People are dying and will continue to die if nothing is done, that's what Trump want to stop.
