Is it that you don't have basic comprehension skills?

What 30k can get in 2023 70k can't get you today...

So before you can say price has dropped 70k should be able to get you what 30k used to get in in 2023

How this is difficult for you to comprehend is beyond me oga
Basic economy

What's the % of increase in minimum wage?

What's the % of increase in price of goods and services?

I couldn't comprehend your epistle hence asking that basic question to know if you really understand what you want to argue about.

So tell us

What's the % of increase in minimum wage?

What's the % of increase in price of goods and services?

Minimum wage increased from 30k to 70k thats 233% increase

Petrol moved from 220 to 900 that's 400%
Rice foreign rice moved from 35k to over 120k now that's 350% roughly

What was the dollar rate in 2003

And the economy grew over 3 times between 2003 and 2011 ... So that needed to reflect on the minimum wage as improved living standard

We are not even asking for improvement now we just want same standard
What was the dollar rate in 1999 before pdp assumed government?

Dollar rate was 99 naira to a dollar when PDP took over... ..

PDP left with dollars at 220...110% drop in 16 years

APC moved from 220 to 1500 ... 750% in just 12%

They say anything that goes up in Nigeria doesn't come out but let's me remind you that Tinubu is a jinx breaker, it will even go lower in the coming weeks.

-Kiss the truth!
who is responsible for the inflation in the first place?

what jinx did tinubu break?

what and what did he do that is responsible for this "crash in food prices"?

do prices of goods not go up during festive periods and then go back after festivities?

since it has been happening in Nigeria for as long as I can remember, how was tinubu responsible for that?

This mumu talk again. Normally you are very useless but let me remind you that you are better off earning 30,000 at 400 naira per dollar than earning 70000 at 1600 per dollar. I know it may be difficult for you to understand but use the calculator on your phone and see how stupid you've been all along.

If dollar is returned back then minimum wage should be reversed?, Lol. Are you aware that the dollar was way lower in 2011, yet there was a demand for increase in minimum wage which was eventually approved. Foreign exchange does not determine the minimum wage but a change in the basket of goods and services.
Pls, try think well before opening your mouth to talk and besides, I will like you to send me a picture of your mouth, I want to see the shape.

It doesn't show Economic Policy is working Oo..

It shows God Blessed Us Last Year Raining Season and the Harvest was Bountiful.

This Crash is still too early to Celebrate. Let's wait till July to see if we would have surplus or reserves to last us till then and still see if prices would be low.

It can never come to that price again, do not forget that there’s no subsidy on pms.

Sure if dollar is returned back to the original price... Minimum wage today is of far less value than 2023 may... If you compare it for highly stable items like usdt usd, gold, silver and the rest

How would u know when you have no basic knowledge of economics
Tinubu is not padding the dollar.
Fx reserve going up.
We are servicing our debts

Fx subsidy gone
Petrol subsidy gone ..

This definitely would affect food prices, but competition would force it down.

See what dangote and nnpcl are doing. They are competing

Pms in Lagos is 865
