You don't understand anything about world politics, before America will engage in a war or a military quest they must have calculated the cost and what they stand to gain in it, if there's nothing to gain they'll never venture in it.
Now Zelensky fooled Joseph Biden and Kamala Harris to believe they'll win the war and these two have out that aid hoping to gain it back by awarding Ukraine rebuilding to American companies like Black Rock etc, now there's no clear win for Ukraine in view..so they should waste that money without anything in return because the comedian tricked them to into it?

It's too early to ask for the content. Negotiation is just beginning. Nothing has been agreed or even proposed yet.

First it's to early to have a written guarantee and secondly the US doesn't owe Ukraine and guarantee.
It's ungrateful for Zelensky to demand a guarantee from the US.
All he should do is follow the negotiations and object to any clause that doesn't go well for his people.
It's way too early for him to start making demands from the people trying to help him.

USA can get some offers from Ukraine with respect to businesses and trades and mineral resources but it will be on the terms of Ukraine, not USA.

Ukraine never borrowed weapons, funds and resources officially from USA.

USA should negotiate with Ukraine on the mineral resources deal, Ukraine is not saying they don't want to enter the deal or agreement but it has to be on their terms. USA is being bullish and trying to use the war as a bargaining chip to gain leverage over Ukraine and ensure Ukraine concede extraordinary advantage to USA on the mineral deals.

That's why it's called an investment. Ukraine will profit in the billions. Don't expect a free lunch.
And who told you that the UK and EU are not interested in Ukraine s minerals.
Also, a mineral deal doesn't mean that Ukraine takes nothing.
